Hi Peter, I think this is one of the listed frequencies for HWU France. It's the strongest signal here on my VLF Grabber, currently about 20 dB above DHO. However the level difference may be overestimated due the rolloff of the soundcard antialias filter at 23.4 kHz.

Hi there,

Anyone out there observing a strong signal at 15.1 kHz?
Shows a diurnal course and raw rdf approx. 40/220 deg. from North Germany.
