Interesting. It wasn't me ;-) And i cannot imagine that it was one of us (the group). No idea what it can be.

But it means that you are permanently monitoring the band :-) That's fine! I wish i could generate rather often a signal on VLF but it's much effort and i need the wind so i'll do it just about 1x per month. I hope for other stations soon, like OE3GHB who is just some 10km distanced to you!

I saw unknown signal on the 8970kHz this morning again. It was my third capture of this signal during one month. I don´t think, it is an accidental noise only. 
29.11.2010: 03:50 - 05:50
01.12.2010: 02:30 - 03:00
24.12.2010: 03:30 - 05:00
The signal is always on 8970kHz and it is perfectly stable.
