Most Radio operators would be able to copy XSG and the tfc list at that speed but the appliance operators  would be lost.

For those interested at present daytime UJB is active on 518 distance 3500Km. Although propagation is often good on MF there are not enough radio amateurs to take advantage of it. After dark activity can be heard worldwide on MF which is normal.
If you are proficient at high speed CW,  traffic lists can still be heard around the far east, this would be an advantage when the satellites are Zapped
