Thanks again John, Jay and Dexter for your observations! Interesting
about the brief reception at W1TAG after your sunset - perhaps a short
enhancement by some focussing effect under a curved ionosphere.
Last night I switched off at 02:10 when it started snowing in Nuernberg.
As the wx seems to let up a bit now, I'll try to get on again tonight
after 21:30. To avoid narrowband interference at W4DEX, I will then move
down to 136318.6 Hz.
Congratulations to Mike XDV as well - a good start for a successful TA
season. I didn't see Andrey AGC last night, so not sure wether he has
been transmitting.
