Jean-Pierres wideband recording above 128 kHz contains all three telecontrol carriers (DCF49 128.93, HGA22 135.43, DCF39 138.83 kHz idle), with DCF49 being the most audible one. The one you heard above 136.9 was most likely DCF39 - they sound perfectly alike as the FSK telegram formats are very similar.

The data burst I hear about the middle your recording I was also hearing
here in North Carolina last evening while monitoring 136.9 kHz.
