Hello,

I was very surprised to see and hear a signal on the SAQ frequency this 
afternoon.

I think it really has been SAQ. You see a typical drift at the beginning of the 
carrier. Possibly they were servicing the transmitter. The signal was not as 
strong as while the official transmissions.
