Hi Mal,Careful. I don't know this brand specifically (Maplin?) - wrong continent - but many prosumer amplifiers such as these are fairly liberal with what they call 'Watts', and don't exactly say for how long they'll do those 'Watts'. In short, not as many as you think, and for nowhere near as long as you might want. 'Real' audio amplifiers (i.e. real watts forever) tend to be expensive and from name brands in pro-audio world. 73 Steve |
