Chris, Thanks for the report! You can see my 137 station in the August 2009 issue of Radcom, p. 33. Basically its an ex-Decca transmitter running about 1200 Watts input (1100 Watts out) to a transmitting loop which is made up of coax 24m vertical by 44 meters horizontal (2 turns in parallel 3 meters apart).
