WE2XPQ will be running A0/CW and QRSS 10/20 field strength tests on 506.00 over the next 24 hours - power between 2-5W ERP. Conditions over the past 24 hours have been much better up here and beginning to see HF sigs over the pole which is a good sign. Its still very light here of course...
TX is HP3336b running at 1012khz signal source at -20dBm into a 4046 sine/squarer into a W1VD 400W capable PA, M0BMU phase/amplitude "tuning" meter, W1VD 7 ele LPF and top loaded T vertical and earth "screen" -
The signal has a triangular 2Hz shift at 20 secs period superimposed over what ever mode Im running - best viewed on qrss 6/10
Im hoping my stay will be extended up here a few more days...
