Traditional Scottish BIRD plucked and eaten on Burns night. The Black faced
variety from the Shetlands is highly sought after.
Lives amongst heather and spagetti bushes. Difficult to shoot because of
armour resistant skin.
Someone from Scotland probably has more details but don't believe everything
you hear about this Bird
