It consists of 1 ground rod about 1.5m long in the soil at the bottom of the back garden and a connection to the copper pipes in the house at the other separated by 20m of wire. Most of this wire runs at about 1.5m above from the ground running along the wooden fence. It must form a loop antenna mainly within the ground, much as appears to be happening on the sub-9kHz tests.

To my surprise it received G3ZJO and G7NKS at -26dB S/N.  I'm tempted to try this on TX on 500kHz and see if anyone can receive me. On sub-9kHz it looks close to 50 ohms resistive but not sure what it looks like on 500kHz.

This was the first time I've listened/looked on 500kHz for several weeks.
