Good  decode  this  side of the  water (Mersey  that  is hi)
 
It  looks like  the  eme  mode  works  in a similar  way to the  HF one's ..   you  'need' to  decode the  start of the  TX frame  to  decode the  signal .. which is a  pity, giving the  long  qsb  period on 500   ....

Hi LF,

I will run ROS data mode again tonight starting now.

I will increase transmitter power a little to 5 watts making the ERP 15mW estimated.

I will be in Rx mode also, reports & QSO attempts will be welcome.
