Yes, of course. I wouldn't consider buying such a PA, way too much 
output for my personal taste.
Consider this: 2 kW at 2 Ohms, that's 63 V * 31 A, you'll need a thick 
low-Z cable from the PA to the coil, and a bulky "primary" around the 
rain barrel looking more like plumber's work than a radio experiment ;-)
