By the way it is very close to estimation:

E(800km) ~ E(100km)*sqrt(100km/800km)

where E(100km) calculated without ionospere, as you, Markus, calculated.

Certanly it is very rought formala. Up to the order only. This formula can
be derived from asumption that for 100 km as 'right ionosphere formula'
and 'whithout ionospere formula' are adequate both.  'Ionosphere formula'
is E = A/sqrt(d) whith unknown A. Certanly value of A can be calculated
theoretically. But it is too much work. Or one should read textbooks:-)
