Jim,
We are all "Bozo's" at some point in time :-))
Are you wanting to try WSPR 2 way again tonight ?

A bozo I will be!!
Roger, Jim,
I find it slightly
different to Jim's description in such that if while in monitor mode or calling
CQ you see a station's call decoded all you need to do is "double
click" the callsign & the software will place the call sign in the
correct places in the message boxes. All you need to know then is which Tx
reply to use. There is a guide in the "help" menu.
I found that the
"The Complete Bozo's Guide to JT65A by Andy K3UK" was most
enlightening. The JT65A mode is very very similar to JT4A & WSPR 2 way
(QSO) mode.

Hi Rog
Run the WSJT7 programme and select wspr mode
If you receive a signal in the window using the spectrum display
click on it and click decode
When you have callsign and locator decoded in the main window,
enter these in the relevant boxes and then click on gen stnd msges on the right
hand side and it will enter the right text for each message on TX1 to Tx5
If the sending station is “going first” then you send the 2nd/4th
messages and 73s after each is how I see it.
CQ is message 6
A lot quicker than QRSS but do watch out for the Witchfinder
General as he will burn you at the stake!!
With best regards

Gary/Jim/Jim,
Not having tried WSPR in QSO mode, can you clarify the method/procedures used
please? Must give this a try too.
