same signal here also very strong,wpf very weak at about4:00z.Looked like local qrm,but it isn't,

Hello LF!
I saw good signal of WPF in QRSS60 as usual. Suddenly, It was crossed by strange and very strong - see the enclosure. Does anybody know, what it is? I saw the same picture on my remote receiver outside the city. The signal was 30dB up the noise.
