same here: With XP I used the mixer
sliders to connect "wave out" to "stereo mix" input, but there seems to be only
very limited and uncomfortable level control under Vista. Someone
mentioned that the "Virtual Audio Cable" software can do the routing but I
haven't tried it yet.

topic: with windows XP it was easy to redirect the audio output to the
input and so use psk, rtty, wspr software on a web sdr. Is there a way to
do the same with Vista or is a hardware connection between audio out and audio
in the only way ?
