Looks like a "Trademark" seems popular, along with "Smiles" and "HNY"....etc. I have seen them on the Twente SDR web RX waterfall. Hellschreiber style of transmission I think. Look on Hans Summers site  ..... http://www.hanssummers.com/qrss/qrssqrv/qrssqrvrpt1.html

Looks like variable frequency drive interference from devices like pumps, elevator motors,  cranes etc. Very musical if listening on SSB and strong enough.
