If it's meant, that these frequencies are HAM radio frequencies in germany this
is not correct.
Unfortunately the lowest HAM radio band for legal amateur radio transmissions
in germany is still 137 kHz.
OMs who are transmitting on 404 or 505 kHz do this with a DI Callsign. DI is
for experimental stations and everyone - not just licensed radio amateurs - can
apply for such a DI call. But it costs a lot of money over the time. By
definition DI is not HAM radio - crazy germans ;-))
