This must be G7NKS, as he's being spotted by several stations, and at the times you mention.

I guess you know that http://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/spots shows the uploaded spots as they come in from any stations that have "Upload Spots" ticked on WSPR?

For anyone who isn't aware of this - click the link "Specify Query Parameters" and select "LF/VLF" from the drop down list of bands & then "Update"...

No sign here of any signals yet though.
