Not sure what u are referring to....   
The transmission that starts off a little unstable and ends up on 504.5 is SM6BHZ in WSPR mode.
I saw the same start-up frequency drift yesterday too. The signals in-band however.. ???

Oops a daisy seems to  be the  appropriate   technical _expression_
 
(the wavy line is feature of the R5003)
 
1800 Hz = 504 Khz
