PSKFEC31 (PSK31 with forward error correction) can be decoded with the colorful program MultiPSK - available at http://www.f6cte.free.fr/ . Sunglasses are recommended for the first time user. As far as I know there are no other programs that can decode this mode. If anyone has info to the contrary please advise. Some background info on PSKFEC31 and other digital modes as well as tests run by W1TAG and myself can be found at http://www.w1tag.com/600M_Modes.htm .
