i do not remeber if there was a test performed on 500 kHz using another multi-tone FSK transmission namely, THROB - it is available in multipsk package of digi-modes. i think it should be superior to mfsk16 at MF especially when using lower rates 1 or 2 pulses per second .in such case the bandwidth is 72 Hz prabably it is still too 'fast' but if the speed of pulses (throbes) would be lowered it could be another managable mode on LF/MF unfortunately , your test transmissions using different digi modes is still too 'local' for me .. but Jim,, MBU, JOhn, SLV might come 
out with positive decoding  - so i look at the new e-mails .... :)
