Hello John,
Your decode is correct, but please note the transmission came from
DJ8WX.
He was so kind to send for me a test transmission.

Thanks

Subject: LF: DD7PC WSPR 137.500

Hello LF,

I'm decoding WSPR from DD7PC on 137.5 (dial freq 136.0) but the decodes
are not correctly formed, for beacon transmissions:

2008 -26 0.2 0.137501 0 DD7PC DJ

No locator 4 figures and no power (dBm)

These spots aren't being uploaded to WSPRnet, or at least they aren't
appearing there...

I anyone else seeing this signal? The callsign is familiar, but the
format of the messages isn't!

Is this "QSO mode?" He seems to be sending evey alternate 2-minute
period, whereas WSPR in beacon mode is more random, and not as frequent.

Cheers

John
