Dear Wolf, LF Group,

I have not worked it out in detail yet, but I think ERP here is around 300mW with the lowered antenna, and 700mW with the antenna raised.

DL3ZID has not been visible here yet; I guess he is running QRP. I think in order to be displayed in the WSPRnet database, the message format has to be [call] [ locator] [power in dBm] - the last two are missing from the decodes you posted.
