Its a pity you cannot TX for a qso. Since u can hear me and I can hear u we could certainly have a norm CW qso.
Jay seems to be the only one Transmitting in QSO mode at present.
The late NC1K used to hear me frequently both on 137 and 500 khz good enough signal for a QSO on each band.
Tnx agn and look out for me tonite agn starting at around 2200 utc. If u work HF we could have a xband qso on 7033 khz.
502.57 khz this end.

Gudday Mal,

Yes, I am @ FN42pb near Brant Rock, Mass. on the East coast, south of Boston where Fessenden did his magic a hundred years ago, and have copied you several times before as well as Jim, M0BMU...

Things in my favor for reception are being close to the perfect conduction of the ocean, and use of magnetic loops for RX.

Things that are out of favor are constant QRN from power lines and weather, so I use phased loops and hope that the best noise null is not where the signal is coming from.

Soon I will have an e-probe WAY out in the woods to phase against the larger loop and that maybe will buy me a few more DBs out of the noise.

Anyway, you were audible regardless of our snow storm conditions...

XSH stations cannot work outside of the country, but last night would have been like an old fashioned EME QSO on the first pass...

O O O O  K K

TNX Mal and best of sigs from the Colonies...

Hi agn Dave
After research I see u are AA1A in Main. You had fb copy on my signal, surprisingly Jay saw nothing, although I had copied him OOO
Can you TX for a qso if so let me know when.
I often copy your signal on 500 khz audible and strong at times.WD2XSH/17. We could possibly have a norm CW QSO.
Tnx agn for the photos and report
