Now getting "good" message from WE2XGR, with correct locator square and
power - after some fiddling around with PCs, I also seem to be uploading
spots into the WSPRnet.org database, along with a number of US stations.

 I have the RX audio on, but can't hear anything - it usually seems to
decode if there is a reasonable trace on the WSPR spectrogram, and the
spectrogram shows the usual pattern of  fades with a period of several
minutes.
