Hi Hartmut yes the Dst dropped somewhat earlier today but it is nothing
really serious yet, but NOAA are predicting possible major geomagnetic
storms, that is Kp = 6/7 these could reduce DX signal levels....BUT dont let
that put you off...... Predictions of propagation can so easily turn into
self-supporting myths. Prediction are poor so no-one transmits, so no-one is
heard, so propagation must be bad. It makes the forecasters feel good,
but.......... I suppose its a good case for Beacons :-))
The Dst is actually rising now but this coronal hole flow has a couple of
days more to affect us.
