OK on that, I have checked my default settings & it is set for "plain text".
I will make a point of checking the next few mails sent just to see if the
"html" thingy creeps in. It is the first time I have had a mail bounce on LF
Group but spam filters are getting tighter.

Hi Gary well for a start I would turn HTML off as it makes the messages many
times longer and also can include "dodgy" bits that might trigger the spam
trap. This might be a useful 1st step for anyone having trouble
posting.....I wont guarantee it will make a difference but in many cases it
wont help with mail lists, which really expect "text only" input.
