The signal is not all that strong here, with slow, deep QSB that takes it
into the noise for minutes at a time. I would guess that it is at least
several hundred km from this QTH. Since you seem to be receiving a more
consistent signal, he's probably nearer to you than me. That would make
Scandinavia a likely location, perhaps? Ot maybe Iceland (joke)

No sign of SK6RUD when I last looked.
The mystery signal is certainly consistent in appearing each day, and
your shot of the tune-up and start is an interesting catch!
What an interesting band.
Perhaps an enthusiast in a "not-yet authorized country" getting setup
for the big day? But which country?
