Hi .. well I have just been calling cq on 502 and 503 .. using my Racal
Syncal-30 , Ive just found it will tx on 500 with about 5 watts o/p , Just
come in the house to check the grabbers to see if its radiating , amazed
to see it at Shetland ... not very strong , but I could see the qsy hf 1
khz .........the sets not supposed to work below , 1.5 mhz , but using the
wideband in/out and the atu in the shed , I can receive finbars beacon
quite well and I think g3xiz was/is running a beacon round 502 as well
