Does the quality of the sound card influence the decoding or displaying
of signals received or it this all done in the Spectran software? Some
sound cards are available for $20 and others cost over $250. Will the
higher cost sound card produce a better quality of output signal than
the cheaper one? If yes, which sound card do you recommend specifically
for this application of decodind and displaying NDB signals?
