Yes that can appear nonjudicious like frequency, but it is the only place of the band or the noise floor is with -165dBm at the connection of the antenna ! ( between 00:00 and 03:00 UTC ) Thank you to have specified the real frequency .

Based on what I could see this morning, the actual frequency is 184.006 kHz. Any EU receptions would be limited to the period when Europe 1 on 183 kHz is off the air. Since they sometimes run a 1 kHz tone during that period, don't forget to turn your speakers down!
