Thanks for the report. This is the sort of thing I wondered about.
Up to 18:36 the 5W / 20mw ERP signal was readable but dropping another
7dB and it was below the noise floor. I wonder how many dB margin there
is at 5W before the signal becomes unreadable?
I'll try upping by 3dB at 19:45 to 2W. Then another 3dB or so at 20:00
