Hi Steve,On 275 today, there are two discernible signals: 'BBN' 160 miles east-ish on Long Island, which is some 6dB bigger than 'PS' 100m north-west-ish on the other side of State College. Nary a whisper of 'ING', sorry.Looking back at notes from 1996, ING 275 joins a sad list of HXM 366, XCB 260, AB 400 and PD 222 (with possibly others which are inaudible now); locals that have fallen off their perches.
