With this sort of power it would certainly be sufficient to be heard in EU.
This sort of erp would be difficult to generate, depending on the antenna
efficiency it could take a Kw or so to achieve this.
Assume an antenna efficiency of 5% with a good antenna at this freq it would
take 4kw to get 200w erp !!!!!!
