WE2XGR/2 will be transmitting in PSK31 and PSKFEC31 (forward error correction) 
tonight on 508.5 kHz
as follows:

2300 - 0000Z PSK31

0000 - 0100Z PSKFEC31

0100 - 0200Z PSK31

0200 - 0300Z PSKFEC31

Power level will initially be 100 watts but may increase to 400 watts and will 
be noted in the
message.

Suggest Spectrum Lab:

 digimode terminal as a suitable decoder for PSK31, however, it does not have 
FEC capability at
present.

Suggest MultiPSK:

http://f6cte.free.fr/

as a decoder for both modes. One note - this software decoder has been known to 
go on 'walkabout'
with loss of received signal and may need to be restarted if this occurs.
