Is there any documented information on the detail of applying forward error
correction to PSK31?
I have a beacon running here which has CW and PSK31 coded into a fixed
message on a PIC16F84 controller chip, but I also have an interest in using FEC
for this and some AMSAT projects.
Presumably, you have a dedicated piece of receive software for the
decoding?

Tonight's test will be PSK31 and PSKFEC31. I'll let the transmitter
run until 0300Z and post a
schedule later this morning.
