Dear LF Group, Just amusing myself with the 136kHz modified SoftRock, listening to the Hungarian "DCF" station on 135.4kHz on lower sideband - the Luxemborg effect is very strong this evening and the sidebands appear to come mainly from DLF on 153kHz. If I could speak German, I could probably follow the conversation, although it has lost a lot of the HF as is typical. There is a most peculiar echoing effect which is very interesting to listen to. I wonder how the time delay could originate? (there is the time delay associated with the DSP, but I am hearing the echo on the Hungarian signal by itself) Cheers, Jim Moritz 73 de M0BMU |
