Hi all,
Mine was delayed because I didn't mention how I was goiung to control
frequency and power - too much of a rush to get off on my holidays...
No one at fault except myself... :-)
Now I need to do some building..

Paul, we put the page up at
http://www.rsgb-spectrumforum.org.uk/ofcom_501kHz_%20srp.htm
to help with the applications. RSGB assists Ofcom with the approval
process and what we are looking for is an indication of how one is going
to control the transmit frequency and ERP within the NoV conditions.
Unfortunately, the standard SRP form that Ofcom uses is slightly
misleading as it is really a form that was designed for other purposes,
such as high ERP systems that might cause RFI.
Normally, applications can be turned around in less than 2 weeks - I
think Martyn's application may have been delayed because I was on
holiday, thus was waiting for my input.

I have just got mine back.
I detailed all the ERP calculations.
I provided a plan of the house showing the aerial and cap wires. They
want to know how you will maintain frequency stability (XTAL control and
measured against GPS locked counter sufficed)and also ERP measurements
(Measure aerial current suffices) Took just over 2 weeks
