Mmmm I dont think so Roelof .......the IF filter should not make any
difference unless you have in-band qrm. In fact a very narrow filter before
an FFT can create artifacts which are not actually there sometimes. NDB mode
uses a 12Hz resolution, effectively a 12Hz brick-wall filter with no phase
problems. But there can be problems due to sample overlap, and the display
protocol.
