Dear Manuel,
in
Germany it is impossible to get a permit for ham radio operation around 500kHz,
because there is no ham radio allocation. But we can have an experimental permit
for research and test ( DI-prefix, extra money ).
We do "propagation studies with low power and computer-based
modulation an receiving" ( CW, QRSS, PSK etc. , small bandwidth ). The permit is
valid one year, but can be extended. I have it since 1.1.05. First on 440kHz,
now on 505,1kHz+/-100Hz.

Dear friends:
In Spain, as you know, we have a group of fans of the Long Wave.
500 kHz frecuency is not authorized in Spain yet.
To present a request in order to receive permission from the
administration in the 500 kHz, it woul be of great help to have the legal
texts therefore in other administrations.
I would appreciate your collaboration.
Could you send me the individual or general authorization of Germany,
France, Italy or even another European Country?
Thank you for your pronpt news.
Sincerely yours.
Manuel Santos, EA4BVZ
