Sure, just edit 2 (or 3) lines:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">
replqce the 60 (between quotes) by the desired refresh time in seconds (so if you want a refresh every 5 minutes it should be 300.

<img src="http://www.kl1x.com/dx00000.jpg";>
Beween the quotes you place the desired URL

Not obligatory:
<title>Shanghai 500kHz grabber</title>
Put an appropiate title beween <title> and </title>. Or just remove this line, it is only "for show".
