Hi All,I have a JRC NRD-345 receiver which is equal on 136 kHz & 500 kHz & a Yaesu FT-847 transceiver which is very poor on 136 kHz & good on 500 kHz. But - the 847 is superior on normal CW even on a untuned antenna (probably the filters) but not as good as the 345 on QRSS signals using SpecLab etc. So I watch the band on a slow SpecLab with the 345 & listen to normal CW on the 847 using my Sandpiper V9 vertical.
