I have access to the 263 foot windom.  Should get you on that (IC756 front end allowing.)

I just lashed up a makeshift aerial tuner and got about 250mA aerial current (bad match and low aerial). I estimate the ERP at less than 20mW yet the signal was good readable in CW over a 200 mile path.
Keep an ear on 503.00kHz, I should be on over the weekend with a better tuner.
