I read it as a bit higher but I could be just a little out on freq cal
although my LORAN lines say not.

Gary & LF Group
Around 20:00 the signal was at 137680, 20:30  he was on at 137770
and around 21:05 he was near 137800.... 1 Hz lower ;-)

Signal strength here was S7 so it could have been a PA3 station.
It was not PA3CPM or PA3FNY, these guys are all much louder.
It could have been PA3EGO setting op again.
