 I think the freq stability problem would be the analog tuning? I run a Cushman CE-24a here that needs 1 hour to stabilize then it is pretty good. Nothing like the digital tuning HP SLM's but usuable for QRSS work. I will forward your information to my friend. Thank you.

Hi Mike,
I use a RYCOM R1307A/GR (ELF to MF). if the 3121B has the same sensitivity and
the uge indicator showing the aerial voltage (RMS and dB)it should be one of
the best you could have for FS measurements. the frequency stability is not
good.
