Here is another approach.  All that needed is to send a computer signal over 
the RS232 connection to the TS450 and have it raise or lower the frequency 
by 10 Hz.  If anyone has a copy of the Visual Basic code to monitor and 
control (specifically to send frequency up and down) to the 450, that would 
be just as good for producing the DFCW.
