COOLEDIT and decoded them and labeled them as set1, set 2, set3..
Seems pretty clear from my end that Wolf 5 is the better but here is the

WD2XES will again be running WOLF at 10 b/s on 137.577 kHz, and 5 b/s on
137.442 kHz tonight, starting by 2330 UTC. The power on each channel will
