very good reception on 17.2 kHz in Bavaria, using DL4YHF's SpecLab. The the soundcard was connected to a 22nF || 3.9mH parallel circuit, inserted in the ground lead of the LF antenna. SNR was about 40 dB using 5.4 Hz FFT resolution, on/off keying depth ~ 20 dB. Best of all are the famous "SAQ risers", when one can literally hear the machine spinning up - see screenshot from 9:04:
